A subtle seaside addition
This subtle extension was designed to increase the capacity of this beach home to accommodate the retired owners’ expanding extended family. A further three bedrooms were added including a master bedroom with ensuite. A dedicated bunk room provides ample space for the grandchildren to sleep and play. The existing kitchen was completely overhauled to create an elegant and inviting space for entertaining and cooking. The extension is intended to look as though it has always been part of the home. The new pitched pavilion complements the existing dwelling while adhering to the stringent Flame Zone BAL rating requirements.
